I think it’s possibly the latter two. My coworker put it on, but we both double checked. It looked latched, it felt latched, and it acted latched. My boss is pissed. Should’ve called in sick today.

cold feeling looking in the rearview mirror as your trailer disappears.
if its some mickey mouse hitch, it might be time to upgrade. been there with worn out stuff. AND help that wasnt. now its a matter of check EVERYTHING, and GOOD safety chains.
spend the money once, dont look back.
oh, glad youre okay too, and didnt get anyone hurt.

Not my truck, and I wasn’t driving. Didn’t even hook up the trailer. But my coworker didn’t have the balls to call the boss, so guess who got grilled over it, lost his day off, and threatened to be terminated? This guy. Fuck this week.

Saw your other post about the Chevy. Been there. When work trucks break they all seem to break at once. Probably because management is too cheap to properly maintain them. (Usually the excuse is they are being driven too much to take off the road, which is just another way of saying we are too cheap to buy enough trucks.) Hang in there. Crap breaks at work, it gets replaced and the next day will be better.

At this time: ‘09 Silverado suspension issue, ‘08 Ram 3500 charging issue, ‘08 Silverado 3500 trans, ‘06 Ram 3500 tire, and our Aveo just got repaired.
